All my classes are mixed abilities at the moment, so beginners are welcome!

These are my weekly, still ongoing zoom classes:

Mon 9.30-11.00
Tue 19.00-20.30
Thu 14.00-15.30 gentle Yoga!

COSTS: £5.00 per session, if you come more often £7.00 per week/person



Start of new courses in September 2021 in Kettering:

Mon 11.30-13.00 at St. Andrews Church hall 
Wed 19.00-20.30 at the Buccleuch Academy, Sports Pavilion, not in but behind the sports hall.

 The courses will start the week commencing Monday the 6.9.2021! Sessions will run weekly for 4 weeks and will carry on until Wednesday the 29.9.2021 inclusive.

 Costs: £28.00 for the four weeks, if you can not come to your session you can make up in the other session.

£35.00 If you would also like to come to the online zoom sessions for the four weeks as well as the live class.
